Destination Schools
At Rupert House, we prepare each child for the senior school of their choice and we are justifiably proud of our success rate in both the state and independent sectors. For over 4 years now, 100% of our pupils have achieved a place at their first-choice senior school.
Our knowledge and experience of senior schools is extensive and we enjoy excellent working relationships with these destination schools. Our Head, Director of Studies and, when appropriate, our Head of Learning Support, are always on hand to help parents choose which schools might best suit their child's needs. Our advice is based on the belief that each child must be comfortable with the academic demands, ethos and environment their chosen future school.
We enjoy excellent relationships with a wide range of state, Grammar and Independent schools and, in recent years, Rupert House pupils have been offered places at the following: Abingdon, The Abbey, Headington, Gillotts, Kendrick, Luckley House, The Oratory, Pangbourne College, Pipers Corner, Queen Anne's, St Helen & St Katharine, Sir William Borlase, Wellington School, Wycombe High and Tudor Hall.
Representatives from senior schools regularly visit Rupert House to meet our meet pupils and parents to help familiarise themselves with their offering.
