Keeping every child safe is at the heart of everything we do at Rupert House, which includes being safe online. As children grow up in an increasingly digital world, it is essential that they learn how to use technology responsibly, respectfully, and safely. 

At Rupert House, we take a whole‑school approach to online safety, which includes:

  • Curriculum teaching which helps our children understand how to make sensible choices online and know what to do if something worries them.
  • Regular staff training to ensure all our adults in school are confident in recognising risks and supporting children appropriately.
  • Clear filtering and monitoring systems so that our children access the internet safely on school devices.
  • Working alongside our parents so that they feel supported with their child's online safety.
