Wellington College Prep U11 Girls Hockey Tournament (16th Sept)

Our U11 girls produced a truly outstanding performance at the highly competitive Wellington College Prep Tournament, competing against some of the strongest and most established hockey schools in the region.
With ten girls representing Rupert House, every player contributed magnificently throughout the day, demonstrating exceptional determination, enthusiasm and teamwork. The standard of hockey was extremely high, but the girls rose to every challenge with confidence and resilience.
Their results included impressive victories over St George’s and The Marist, hard-fought draws against Reddam House and Wellington College Prep, and just a single narrow defeat to Danes Hill. These excellent performances secured a superb 3rd-place finish overall.
What was most pleasing was the way the girls supported one another, worked tirelessly for the team, and played with such positivity and spirit from the first whistle to the last. They were a credit to the school throughout the tournament.
A special congratulations goes to Mollie S, who was deservedly named our Player of the Tournament for her outstanding contributions, skill and commitment across the day.
Well done to all ten girls on a magnificent achievement and a wonderful advertisement for Rupert House sport.
