Parents join us for a taste of school life
We were delighted to welcome a group of parents into school for lunch yesterday, giving them the opportunity to experience the meals our children enjoy every day.
The event provided families with a valuable insight into our school catering provision, allowing them to sample the menu, see the quality of food on offer, and learn more about how school meals are planned and prepared.
Parents also had the opportunity to meet Chef Barry from Chapter One, who was available to answer questions and discuss the catering service. Mrs Newman joined to talk about the work of the School Food Council and the important role pupils play in shaping the school menu. Through regular feedback and discussions, council members help ensure that children's views are heard and reflected in future menu choices.
Thank you to all the parents who attended!
