Red Nose Day

Today, our school was a sea of red as pupils and staff donned their brightest accessories in support of Red Nose Day and Comic Relief.

The highlight of the day was a brilliantly silly assembly, expertly organised by Mrs Newman, which had everyone laughing from start to finish. There were some unforgettable moments: Mr Dartnaill revealed that keepy-uppies are not his hidden talent, while Miss Potter amazed us all with her lightning-fast hands-free biscuit-eating skills! Our Year 6 pupils also proved they might just have the edge when it comes to brainpower - outsmarting both Mrs Diamond and Mrs McCarter in a lively challenge.

It was a fantastic way to end the week, with lots of smiles and laughter before lessons had even begun!

We have so far raised 98% of our £250 target, which hopefully will be smashed by the end of the day! Thank you to everyone who has donated.
