VE Day 80 celebrations
Year 6 joined in the celebrations for VE Day 80 at the Town Hall with other children from schools around Henley.
Dressed as evacuees, they learned what life was like on the home front during the Second World War, including what it was like to do an air raid practice.
The morning finished with a traditional fish and chip lunch and a two minute silence to remember those who gave their lives in the war.
