Year 3 PGL trip

On Monday 22n May, Year 3 had a fun-filled day at PGL Liddington.

The excitement started early with a 7am departure from school! When we arrived, we were split into 3 groups and the children then enjoyed a series of adventurous activities including Aeroball, Climbing, Archery and the Giant Swing. They demonstrated wonderful growth mindset by trying out new activities and overcoming their fears (particularly on the Giant Swing and Climbing wall).

Everyone was well fuelled throughout the day and we were incredibly lucky to have such beautiful weather. All the children were returned safely to their parents at 7pm, tired but inspired by their experience and now very much looking forward to their Year 4 PGL residential experience.

Thank you to Mrs Trimmings, Mr Whitfield, Mr Wuestner and Mrs Harris for taking the children, and to the parents for being so understanding about the early morning!
