Fascinating fossils
On Thursday 30th November, Year 3 were very lucky to meet Mr White who is a geologist.
As they have been learning about Rocks in Science, this was the perfect opportunity to learn more about this exciting topic. Mr White told the children lots about fossils and brought some fascinating samples to look at. Following this talk, their Science lessons focussed on the fossilisation process where the children got to make their own trace fossils!
