Exploring The Secret Lake by Karen Inglis
In English lessons in Year 4 this week, the children explored aspects of our set text, The Secret Lake by Karen Inglis.
At the start of the week, the children wrote play scripts based on the events in two of the book's chapters. On Thursday and Friday, they workshopped their scripts in groups, before performing to the rest of the year group. The children used minimal props and set highly creatively!
