Enrichment homework highlights

Each term, we suggest a list of enrichment tasks for every year group that can be completed at home to further support and extend the children’s learning on various topics.

This week, several children shared some outstanding enrichment homework during Mrs Newman and Mrs Fletcher’s assembly. A huge well done to them all!

Year 1:

  • Milo created a fantastic model castle

  • Thea played the drums she had made herself

Year 2:

  • Victoria showed us a beautiful painting of her back garden, inspired by the style of Van Gogh

Year 3:

  • Annabel and Amelie shared wonderful Quentin Blake-style illustrations

  • Ottilie presented an informative PowerPoint all about the Celts

Year 4:

  • George W, Eloise, and Elise redesigned the cover of How to Train Your Dragon and created impressively detailed maps

Year 5:

  • Mollie wowed us with her model of the solar system, made from materials found at home

  • Tabby and Phoebe shared realistic and carefully drawn sketches of Henry VII

Well done to all the children for their creativity, effort, and enthusiasm!
