LAMDA success
Pupils at Rupert House School in Henley were delighted to receive the results of their LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) exams, taken earlier in the Summer term. The results were momentous in that out of the forty pupils who took the exam, 100% achieved a distinction, which is marked at 80% or above.
Mrs Belcher, LAMDA teacher, comments: “I am so proud of all the children who took these exams and excelled. Their results are thoroughly well deserved and a credit to their time practicing, their dedication and hard work. To have all forty children achieve a distinction in this examination, given the challenging and constraining conditions of the past year, really is an accomplishment and something to be exceptionally proud of and celebrated.”
