Year 1 blast off to Winchester Science Centre
Year 1 blasted off to Winchester Science Centre and Planetarium on Wednesday 7th February.
They started the morning exploring space - looking at the speed of light, different planets and even trying an astronaut suit. Then they explored the different exhibitions, built houses, learned about vibrations, and of course played on the giant guitar.
They visited a rocket workshop and learned about rocket fuel before enjoying lunch and the exciting planetarium!
