The orchestra is made up of pupils from Years 3-6 who play an instrument. We encourage pupils of all abilities to participate and differentiated music is provided accordingly. We rehearse as two separate groups: wind and string. Both meet weekly. The children learn music from a variety of genres to broaden their performance experience as much as possible.

Pupils are always given music to take home and practice and are encouraged to take their music to their instrumental lessons.
