Through Religious Education we seek to develop knowledge , understanding and awareness of all major world religions, focusing particularly on Christianity, in accordance with the Christian ethos of the school. From an early age, Rupert House children are taught to be respectful of all peoples and to enjoy the differences of each individual. Throughout the school, Religious Education is taught in dedicated lessons each week. These aim to promote spiritual, moral and cultural development with ample opportunity to explore and reflect on religious experiences. Children are taught through a variety of methods which include story-telling, role play, discussion, questioning and, importantly, both visits and visitors. |
